Reiki and Crystals

There have been great shifts in the earth's energies lately. We know about the traumatic ones and many, many of us have been sending energy to assist with the suffering. On the brighter side, there is a new awakening of earth energies that you can access and use to help yourself and others. One major way is augmenting the healing energies of crystals and gemstones with Reiki energy.

Introductory Class - February 9, 2008. Includes manual and Kathy's original G.R.A.G. model

Advanced Class - TBA

First Degree:

March 17 and 18, 2008 (evenings) - Bank & Riverside, Ottawa - With  6 hours of instruction you will be taught the purpose and history of Reiki,  receive an individual attunement to Reiki, learn how to give self-treatments and to give treatments to others. Follow-up after the class will happen to discuss any questions you may have. First degree is taught with a minimum of two people and maximum of eight. Cost $160.00 (Canadian students add gst)

Through First Degree, you will gain:

Second Degree:  

Sunday February 24, 2008 - Bank and Riverside, Ottawa- Now that you have begun to understand and use Reiki energy in your life, you can begin to understand its limitless use and potential for helping you to be all you can be.  Your  second degree attunement and training, provides a real leap in your ability to work with Reikienergy for your own benefit and for others.  In the second degree course you will find that gains of 1st degree affirmed and strengthened. 
(The focus of this 8 training is:) Cost  $175 (plus gst)

•  Review first degree learning and share experiences 
•  Receive the 2nd degree attunement 
•  Receive and be attuned to 3 Reiki Symbols 
•  Learn how to use these symbols to help others and in your daily life 
•  Receive a Reiki treatment 
•  Learn distance healing through learning the 'Law of Correspondence' 
•  Build a stronger connection to your Reiki guides

Most often Reiki is taught with First and Second degree leading to Reiki Master and even Teaching. After Second degree, I knew that there was more to learn and experience about Reiki before moving on to teach. Through synchronicity, I was introduced to Ann Thomas, Reiki Master Teacher who had developed and intensive Third Degree for people who wanted to rapidly accelerate their personal growth and 'knew' that there was 'more' for them to be attuned with and to use for their own healing and in assisting others. 

This Third Degree is different as it combines attunements taught at different levels received through two separate schools of Reiki. The Four and Six symbol healing attunements are powerful tools to release energetic blocks, help you uncover and discover your genuine self, let go of outdated core beliefs, and align you with your goals that are for your highest good. 

Third degree is a 10 hour intensive program taught over 3 one-half days in a small class setting, and it is not a prerequisite that I have taught you the previous two degrees. With Third Degree you will: 

•  Be taught and attuned to two variations of the Master Symbol 
•  Be taught and attuned to two Tibetan symbols 
•  Receive a third degree attunement 
•  Learn a Four-symbol healing attunement 
•  Learn a Six-symbol healing attunement 
•  Learn to use these healing attunements for yourself and provide to others. 

Reiki Master:

Begins March 25th - Bank & Riverside, Ottawa - My approach to teaching this program is to prepare you to be a Reiki Master/Teacher and give you the instruction on how to teach Reiki, if you feel called to do so. You will be able to teach upon course completion, though some new Reiki Masters feel the need for a period of integration before they begin teaching. Prerequiste - 3rd Degree  Advanced Training

The 10 hour program ( 3 half-day sessions ) includes:

• The Reiki Master/Teacher attunement.
• Review of materials covered in 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree, with the focus on how to teach it to others.
• Discussion and learning on integrating this new level of learning for yourself and understanding what it means to be a Reiki Master Teacher.
• Self-care as a Reiki Master Teacher.
• Learning how to pass attunements for 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree, and how to assist students through the attunement process
• Specific information on how to assist students/clients when releasing strong emotions
• Certificate suitable for framing
• Attendance at a Reiki 1st or 2nd Degree class to observe teaching
• Additional ongoing supervision can be arranged

Higher Degrees of Reiki:

Are you a Reiki Master and feeling that there is 'something more'? Now, there is an advanced system available to Reiki Masters!

 A Reiki Master is ready to proceed to these Higher Degrees when 1) she/he has a sense that there is 'more to learn' and, 2) they find that the symbols they are currently using 'come to them' rather than needing to think about using them. This is an advanced system available to all Reiki Masters. Each degree has a specific purpose, attunement, 8 to 10 attuned symbols. 5 hour course.  Go to Higher Degrees link at top of page for more information.

4th Degree (Post-Master) Focus on Expanding Spiritual Consciousness - (To be arranged - Call for details) This degree provides a gateway to higher consciousness and connection with greater frequencies of energy. There are nine attuned symbols in all, with a focus on releasing the past and being attuned to a greater spiritual sense of self and deeper understanding of your specific life purpose.
